A, E, I, O – Whispering Worlds of Sound

Each meeting will be dedicated to a different vowel—A, E, O, and I. We will take our time to slowly and thoroughly come into contact with these simple yet rich structures. Together, we shall embark on adventures into the universe of each vowel, clarifying the unique bodily organization they invite us into and noticing how they resonate differently throughout the body. We will finish with a short, more expressive section, connecting to what is present and vocalizing it through a single vowel.

This work is inspired by the Feldenkrais method. Instead of step-by-step instructions for making the right sounds or achieving 'correct' alignment, I offer stimulating embodied experiments which support you in making your own discoveries. The goal is to help you connect to how you are already using voice and body in order to find freedom, comfort and joy.

No previous experience is needed. Our sonic explorations will be done with microphones off, so you'll have complete privacy while you explore your voice We will accompany this journey with group sharings,Throughout this journey, we will also engage in group sharings—paying attention to our emotional state, the interplay between voice and body, and how we relate to whatever arises.

The sessions will take place on Saturday (dates below), from 11 - 12:15 (Berlin time, GMT+1). The price is 15 euros, while price for all 4 sessions is 50.
