I am that I am: An online Experiential Series on Contact

When you read this text you are coming into contact with the external world, in this case - with me. I am making invitations, facilitating a certain space, and you meet me there (or not). You might connect immediately and maybe even find my words soothing, but it could also be that this interaction requires a lot of adjustments. Perhaps the melody in which I am writing this text is foreign to you, or our tempo is rather different. Maybe you really want to go there, but I am pulling in another direction (very far from your original intention, or just slightly). Maybe I don't even notice what is really important for you right now, or perhaps - I see it. I touch you where you want to be touched, I am really walking alongside you and it's easy and simple.

To say the least - coming into contact with the external world is a charged and diverse experience. It could be joyful, nourishing and inspiring, and at the same time devastating, frustrating and painful. The external world could be a source of love and encouragement, but often it is not without conditions. It requires one to conform, it makes demands to adjust certain behaviours, to control emotions, to mediate in moments where you just want to be left alone and, and, and…

This online experiential series is an invitation to explore these dynamics together—especially how to stay in contact with the world, even when friction occurs, without conforming or isolating. Through movement (mostly  Feldenkrais-inspired),  Constellation work (solo and group), and other embodied frameworks, we will engage experientially with questions like:

• How am I already in contact with the external world?

• Why do I do this the way I do? What does it give me? What is lacking?

• Where does all of this come from?

• What happens if I try something a little bit different? How does it feel?

No prior experience with Constellation is required. The movement explorations are gentle, adaptable, and designed to be accessible for different bodies and physical conditions. If you have any doubts or questions, I invite you to reach out.

Structure & Practicalities

Each online session lasts 2 hours and 45 minutes, including a 20-minute break. While each session stands on its own, the four sessions are woven together, forming a broader journey through different landscapes. Together, they aim to create a container for a process—insights from one session can settle, expand, and be revisited in the next. The continuity also facilitates a space to actually explore (and not solely reflect on) contact with the external world (the exercises, the group, me, the facilitator), in a supportive environment that is open to experimentation and sharings.

The full series is offered at 120 euros, including a 30-minute one-on-one integration call at the end. It is also possible to join just the first session for 35 euros in order to see if this is right for you. Payment can be made via this page, PayPal or a bank transfer. If you feel drawn to join, but finance is a barrier - I encourage you to write me. No explanations needed, just let me know - we are most likely to find a solution.

On 12/03, I am also facilitating a shorter workshop, for people who would like to get to know me and taste the kind of work we will do in the whole series. It will be about rhythm, and we will work primary with movement. Here is a link to the page with all the details.
