In My Own Time

In this online workshop we shall explore our response to discrepancies between us and the external world. What happens when a certain demand from the outside does not align with what is present in me right now? When there's a deadline tomorrow but I feel like baking a cake, when a friend requests my full attention while I also urgently need support, when someone makes a hurtful joke when I am already overwhelmed and it's beyond my capacities to deal with it properly?  

We will approach all of this questions experientially, working primarily with movement (Feldenkrais inspired) and constellation. The workshop take place on Thursday, 3/4, 17:30 - 20:00 (Berlin time, GMT+1), including a15 mins break. The price is 30 euros.
