In Your Own Time: A Workshop on Rhythm and contact

This online workshop is an invitation to explore contact with the external world through rhythm: The rhythm of your own body, the rhythem fo those around you and the space we create together. We will take time to find our own rhythm in the moment—connecting to it, noticing the sensations it evokes, and deciding whether to follow them. paying attention to changes over time, and keep asking if it's still nourishing for me to continue embodying this rhythm, or if a change is more aligned with life right now? Lastly, we will also include in our awareness external rhythms - the one that is offered by the facilitator making suggestiosn and that of the group. 

All these questions will be explored in a concrete way through simple movement frames from the Feldenkrais Method. While movement will be our main frame, we will also take time at the end to reflect and share, noticing and experimenting with rhythms in verbal interaction as well. This online workshop will take place on Wednsday, 12/03, from 18:00 to 19:15 (Berlin time GMT+1). It stands on its own but also serves as a taste of a longer series on Contact with the World – I Am That I Am, where we explore with more details ways of coming into contact with the world.
